Nick’s career started humbly in 1986 as a call center agent in the very early days of the industry. What started as a “job” ignited his true passion for people and led to a life-long career in the call center BPO industry. A customer experience fanatic – he took that love for CX and launched CustomerServ in 2006-- a matchmaking innovator and outsourcing ecosystem.

Nick is a thought leader, global BPO market expert and an impact sourcing champion devoted to job creation for disadvantaged individuals in global communities. Nick’s vision has led to over 100,000 new call center jobs worldwide, and over $2.5 billion in successful outsourcing partnerships.

Nick was born in Tanzania, emigrated to the USA in 1974, his first language was Swahili. The City University of New York (CUNY) is proud to call him a graduate with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a minor in Art History. He’s a WWII buff, vintage collector, soccer fanatic and 80s music nut. Nick resides in Houston, TX and is a proud father and husband. He fields his passion for life into his family, community, and advocacy work.
