Danielle is an Operations and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) expert with 15 years' experience, specializing in helping large public tech and retail organizations scale their operations quickly and efficiently by leveraging 3rd party outsourcing partners across the globe.
Danielle is currently the Senior Director of Partner Outsourcing for the public restaurant tech company Toast, leading their partner management initiatives with a team of ~1k contract employees across 4 3rd-party partners and 7 countries supporting the Cx organization, primarily.

Prior to Toast, Danielle was the Global Head of Outsourced Labor & BPO at Wayfair, leading 3k contract employees in 150+ lines of business across all departments, with Merchandising, 3D Visualization, Finance, Supply Chain Operations, and Data Analytics support to name a few.

Prior to Wayfair, Danielle led manufacturing and distribution partner management for HBO's Home Entertainment's team. She launched her career as the first employee under the founders of a New York City based start-up called Full Circle Home, LLC, which grew to achieve the Inc 500 fastest growing companies in America multiple years in a row during her time there. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School where she was awarded the Ethan R. Hanabury Student Representative Award, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Lehigh University. She is also an active member and speaker for the Execs in the Know organization.
