Randy manages all vendor partner contracts for Dish’s Customer Experience Organization.  With over 2 decades of management experience at technical support and customer service contact centers he now oversees all aspects of partner agreements to keep Dish at the cutting edge of customer experience and satisfaction.  Prior to taking the point on contracts, Randy lead several international vendor sites and managed a large owned and operated Dish contact center in Southwest Virginia.  With a passion for customer satisfaction, Randy keeps the right mix of tools and people to lead Dish into its wireless future.

Randy is a graduate of Boise State University and in his spare time enjoys exploring all that Denver, Colorado has to offer and is finally getting back to he and his wife’s favorite activity, live concerts in Denver and beyond.
